Since retiring after 36 years as a podiatrist, I have concentrated full time on designing and making custom furniture. I use mostly walnut, cherry, maple and ash that I have harvested from Catawba Island, Ohio.
My pieces are durable in structure and finish and have the necessary longevity to be used and enjoyed for generations.
I incorporate artistic elements based on the creative work and study I have undertaken since devoting myself full time to furniture making. I have to be satisfied with the esthetics of a project, as well as its structure and stability.
